2. Sounds like a good choice to send up to the plate to take a swing against Burr.
There is one big difference between a post turtle and Richard Burr, though. Being the mushy animal lover that I am, I would feel sorry for a turtle I saw on a post, because I knew some mean, heartless person put him there. There is no reason to feel sorry for Richard Burr.
