Note: Unfortunately Cenk was right when he set the over/under at 2 weeks for the resignation of Van Jones: .

Summary: Cenk explains his ordeal with the cable company and compares it to his recent experience with the post office. I especially enjoyed this because it confirmed .

3. I fought with three different insurance companies for over 5 years.
Literally the Friday before the hearing, which they had filed NO evidence for, they called my attorney to make a settlement.
He called off the hearing off, set for the following Monday, and the company proceeded to renege on the settlement before that Monday was over.

They told my attorney on the phone if I didn't like it, I could get another hearing in about a year. I said, 'Hell yes! Reschedule the damn hearing.' Thankfully at the time I didn't need to worry about continuing care.

I waited 11 months and 3 1/2 weeks before they finally agreed to the original settlement. I wasn't suing for money. The few thousand I took was to pay the lawyer, as it would have been illegal for me to pay him any other way. (It had become a Workman's Comp case by then.)

I realize in most cases people could not have afforded the care outside insurance, nor the time it took to win in court. I got what I wanted, which was nothing more than my bills paid for. It only took 5 years, three insurance companies, and two lawyers to get it.
