1. So glad this was posted. |

As we missed Keith Olbermann yesterday evening. Quite the contrast he pointed out.

3. I can only say...Wow.... |
|
How pathetic each and every one of them were.
My take on our President is no secret. We disagree on many many things.
However, there was nothing wrong with that speech. I hope that students all over the United States stand up and take a cue from what he said.
And I'm proud to add a recommend to this video. Thank you for sharing it.

4. Rick Santorum is a hypocrite of unbelievable proportions. |
|
He gave a speech to high school students on the importance of science education in 2006. The guy who thinks the earth is 5,000 years old speaking on science should concern any thinking parent.
BTW, there was no advance notice of the speech, attendance was mandatory, and parents were not given the opportunity to have their kids sit out his speech.

6. It all comes down to this: The right wingnuts want to keep the people ignorant. |
|
It's the only way their methods work. When someone from the other side of the political aisle attempts to bring logic and common sense to the table, the RW comes unglued and goes into a babbling mode of name-calling because they're afraid if some of their indoctrinated masses actually listens to logic and common sense, they will lose their cause.
During lunch Tuesday, some of my colleagues who have shown RW tendencies even had to say that the RW's behavior against Obama's speech was over the top.

How much time have any of these people actually spent in Russia or North Korea that they can tell us how similar we're becoming? I say send them over there and let them get a first-hand experience with it before they liken it to us. My guess is they wouldn't think Obama is that bad.
