We were talking about the speech last night, and Wilson's outburst. My buddy says:

"My cousin, Rob Miller, Democrat, is running against the rude "shouter", Rep. Joe Wilson, who represents a South Carolina district that includes wealthy Hilton Head but also some of the poorest SC counties on the border with Georgia.
