1. It really seems like he's getting them to give him info to catch them.
It also seems like he thinks it might be like candid camera. He is so reserved and really scoping them saying very little. This seems like an odd situation for him.

2. I think it's completely staged
Anyone can walk in to the lobby of Acorn and then take a few shots, travel to a different building and stage this event.

3. Then lets upstage them
People say you can buy kiddie porn in the lobby of Faux News.
Any videographers want to "prove" it hahahaha

4. The guy didn't do anything wrong except give away that he would be working with DA's.
I can't believe this is what has caused all the hoopla with the wing-nuts. You should have heard Scott Stigler on KKOB radio in Albuquerque last night. According to him this was just the biggest blockbuster of a story since Germany invaded Poland.

5. In the second video there is a suspicious edit at 4:06
The guy says, "How much more of this..." and then it cuts to something else.

I'll finish the phrase and feel free to join in...

"How much more of this bullshit do you want me to believe? I was texting the DA's office earlier, you might want to leave..."

6. O'Keefe's voice over sounds added in post
His voice sounds like it's right on the microphone.

Is there any part in the video where "Juan Carlos" says anything about child prostitute trafficking? I didn't hear Juan Carlos's voice say anything about the "girls" being prostitutes.

Is it possible that the office conversation was about another subject entirely, and O'Keefe added the prostitute references on the soundtrack in editing?

Notice at the end how O'Keefe says "trust you help us get them across the border" and Juan Carlos doesn't say anything related to this?
