Ouch!!

Blakeman maintains that they can't offer any ideas or suggestions until the elections next year. Dylan is pissed - saying they don't care about our systemic problems, only their reelection bids.

:applause: :applause:

edit - update title

1. well, anyone who can't see that..... how laughable the 'country first' bs was during the campaign.
it's quite obvious the republicans are NOT 'country first'. they could give two shits about the country. they want it to go down in flames... and all those idiots out there with their signs... what side do they think they are going to be on in that sinking ship??? imagine the titanic going down. who would be in the boats and who would be in the water.... with their signs... exactly.

2. Saw that this morning. One of the most righteous rants I've ever heard.
And, by the by, Ratigan apologized for the "idiot" remark.

6. Nonsense is the right word.
Maybe the Republicans could use that for their party name.

8. I have seen others comment similarly. What network did he come from?
I have only been laid off a short while, so have missed out on all of the daytime fun. I hadn't heard of him but a few weeks. He seems to be trending more to the left lately from what people are saying. Interviewing wingnuts can have that effect on people.

12. Used to be on CNBC's "Fast Money".
Pretty much a testosteroned trading show loaded with Reaganites on a station loaded with neo-libs, Reaganites and laissez-failures.

Which is why this is so surprising. Ratigan by definition is a moderate, but at least he's on the right side of this issue.

13. I am familiar with it
This is quite the leap. I can see why people are on the fence about him. That show is a train wreck of greed and speculation about greed.

That's expected, but I still snorted coffee on my keyboard when I read it. Didn't we just have a Presidential election a little less than a year ago? Didn't the right get stomped? Didn't the Dems take over EVERYTHING?

Honestly, one must either have testicles the size of Alaska to try to pass such garbage, or be as mentally challenged as that great state's former Governor. Or both.

And did anyone see the Marist Poll at the beginning as it flashed by? Romney 21% / Palin 20% / Huckabee 19%

Anyone want to bet that Romney will be the next Rep POTUS nominee, and that Failin and Huckleberry will be boxed up and shipped off to Greenland?
