16. Thanks! Just wondering... Am I the only one who is in FAVOR OF death panels?

I live in North Miami, Florida, and do alot of work on my laptop in Panera Bread. Now, North Miami is basically the City of the Living Dead as it is, but Panera Bread attracts more than it's fair share of Senior Citizens. After a while in that environment, it is easy to go from knowing that they don't exist, to hoping that they actually did. I hear so many people in this forum getting frustrated about how large numbers of people, and even members of Congress, are promoting this false claim about Death Panels, but has anybody actually considered that it might be a good idea? Just sayin....

8. I have to say I agree

I'm not especially outraged by Olbermann's ageist comments but I do think they do little to reinforce what are otherwise legitimate points. I'm never a fan of resorting to simple name-calling or mockery. That's not satire, just rude behavior. It would have been more effective to point out systematically how hypocritical Dobbs' erroneous statements are (which Olbermann began to touch on) by juxtaposing them with facts. Instead he did the "Old man" voice.
