3. thank you howard dean for making congressman mike quigley possible.

the northside dfa is a very active chapter of which mike was a proud member. he was an adopted candidate in the special election to succeed rahm. although he was a popular member of the cook county board, i do not think he would be where he is sitting without dfa.
