1. Great points david. I agree . (It was a political stunt). keep hitting.

Note: The president (in his response) seems seem to be under the impression he can stop
the inquiry if its not a "criminal investigation". But recall that in a nation of laws
but its not what it is called that counts, but what it is**. It is further
pretty clear (Nixon) a president can be prosecuted for obstruction after he leaves office.


* thus, "enhanced interrogation" = torture.
