There are law enforcement officers from many different communities surrounding Pittsburgh, so maybe they have different uniforms. Yesterday there were protesters breaking windows out of car dealerships and mom and pop restaurants they should be arrested. I saw a video on Channel 2 were the local people were clapping their hands in support of the Police.

36. I hear you and I'm with you. I focus on alerting and informing people as to

what we're facing. I've found that as a general rule, if people are using TV as their primary source of news, they can not see past the Rep/Dem fight to the true fight we should be having against corporate power.

Media is their greatest weapon in my opinion. We need to wake people up to the fact that 5 MegaConglomerates own EVERYTHING we read, hear, or see. We also need to challenge them with ever strengthening alternative media to take our airwaves back.

People can't make good decisions with bad information.

40. I tell people, the first thing we can do is not give up and get educated ourselves. Then we

disseminate the information to everyone we know and leave it around for those who we don't know. We be ready with our facts to challenge people in all appropriate personal and professional situations where the issues of media bias (be it claims of a liberal or conservative media), sensationalism (michael jackson, anna nicole, tabloid news, etc) arise. Basically, I stand ready at all times to get into conversation with people about this issue and look for opportunities to get the discussion started. I have also started a zine covering this and other issues of rampant corporatism in our society. It's a lot of work but you'd be surprised at the amount of support I've received in my community. People just need an outlet and one thing is for sure, it won't be coming from "them"!.

G20 security officials took responsibility Friday afternoon for a video that seemed to depict US troops ‘kidnapping’ a protester.

The military was not involved in the incident, but G20 security did acknowledge that “law enforcement officers from a multi-agency tactical response team” had detained a protester they said was believed to be vandalizing a store.

Video posted at YouTube shows onlookers calling out “what the fuck” and “what the fuck is wrong with you?” as people in camo uniforms haul a protester along by his collar, shove him into the back seat of a car, and rapidly drive off.

Officials with G20 security released the following statement to Raw Story and other media outlets:

Where, even in that story, does the video in question connect with the statement that someone believed to be vandalizing a store was arrested?

Read that story again, and even taking that story at face value, demonstrate where it says that any official made any statement about the person in this video.

Although I dont know for sure but I have questions. What branch of the military wears that color fatigues anymore? If it is a private contractor then what private contractor wears those kind of fatigues?

What was happening right before the video? This video is making the rounds on a lot of NWO conspiracy sites, my bands My Space site has a friend that constantly sends me videos about the NWO and "Obama is in the Illuminati" etc. He posted this video this morning and said it was the webmaster of a 9/11 truth website and radio host that was the guy being taken away in the video.

It just seems to me that this kind of video is the perfect sort of thing to promote their America as a police state sort of shit. I wouldnt put it past some of those people to set up something and video it to advance their theories.

and I have even more after reading the Raw Story report which was broken by Alex Jones. Alex Jones is a hyper-paranoid who usually reports half truths and out and out lies. So now I believe this even less than I did before.

Alex is also reporting that President Obama is giving a speech today at the G-20 laying out his plans for a New World Order takeover, for what its worth.
