Their cross-town rivals, the Mets, have just SUCKED for so many years it isn't funny, like Cleveland and Kansas City, they play mediocre ball year after year after year. And Boston, except for a couple of years when they finally spent some money on the team, will retreat into obscurity yet again as the decade draws to a close.

Boston, if it wasn't for Pedro and Clemens, they'd have ONE Cy Young. They've had THREE 100 win seasons. And except for 2004 and 2007, they won the World Series five times before WWI was over. And after that not again until 2004. I think by the end of this year, it's all over for them again. But I don't hate them, they are the Obama of MLB, hope is their best characteristic, and that's admirable.

Interesting. I'll have to think about this. I'm not sure if I like it. I'm a moderate. I like Powers of government interpreted Conservatively and the Bill of rights interpreted liberally. I'm very happy with her work so far. As long as the spotlight doesn't interfere with her work. Maybe America needs a Rockstar Justice to draw attention to the members of this branch of the government that like to lurk in the shadows. Rarely stepping forward into the light. I think I'm starting to like it.
