The Insurance Companies already sell insurance across state lines, but at the moment each state has rules and each Insurance company has made the policy as bad as that state will allow them to be. What the GOP wants is for the Insurance Company to be able to sell their worst policy everywhere with no accountability, and the same concept with tort deform.
