Look at what we see in conservative caucasian men. I realize that they aren't all exactly the same but there is some commonality. We might logically think that being in an interracial marriage is a sign of being open minded and therefore liberal, but in caucasian male/asian female couplings that simply isn't a valid equation. There are plenty of white men in interracial marriages (with asian women) who aren't any more open minded for it. In fact, a lingering profile is that caucasian men who marry asian women are suspect of marrying them because the men reject caucasian women as being nontraditional and challenging their authority as husband and head of family.
