I'm sure it's "real", but there's no way you get more energy out of it than it takes to run the machine.

electrolysis! The test tube is very close to the so called radio wave generator. I think electromagnetic induction is at play in some way. And a large amount of energy is used judging by the size of that machine. :shrug: Interesting though, thanks for posting it. :hi:
