1. What can we gain in Afghan that we haven't already gained in 8 years?

We are going to use drone bombs on civilians to "win their hearts and minds"?

If you believe we will be out of there in 2011, I have some ocean-front property in Arizona I'd like to sell you.

Obama now owns this war and he has opened the Republican floodgates from hell. They are already criticizing Obama for not sending enough troops and not sending them fast enough. Obama has almost guaranteed a republican win in 2012, handing it to them on a silver platter.

2. That and a bad economy in 2012 means he will be a one-term President

The Republicans have a good shot at controlling Congress and the White House in 2012 because President Obama has been a conservative and timid President striving for bi-partisanship. Nothing bold at all. Just like the Democratic leadership in Congress.

That's not what the people voted for.
