The CIA video killer gets to go shopping at the mall after he finishes his kill. The insurgency killer blows himself up or at least has his life at risk when he fights. This isn't a level playing field. Is this shit allowed by the Geneva Convention? I think it is pretty sick stuff.

the geneva convention says nothing about level playing fields.

also, the taliban can't go 5 minutes w.o. violating the geneva convention. al qaeda declared war on us, fwiw, and violaltes the GC in almost everything they do - from slitting throats, to targeting rescue workers, to fighting out of uniform, to hiding out in civilian areas and attacking from there, to setting booby traps, etc. etc. etc.
