During her speach, 2 coal trucks that kept passing back and forth tried to interrupt her speach by blairing their horns. You will hear in the video. They did it several times during others' speaches, however, Judy doesnt let them get away with it. Gotta love her! hehe. SAVE COAL RIVER MOUNTAIN!"
