Some of my friends say it is best to ignore these clowns, but I disagree.

It's a sin.

Just like all the things the believers condemn others for doing, by their very acts they are committing a sin. So, really they are no better than those they are condemning.

They just can't seem to get their tiny little minds wrapped around that fact. :eyes:

seem to like being angrily confronted.

4. Just as with Islam, it is time to stop taking any individual group of Christians

and portray them as being representative of all Christians. I am sure that all of us could think of Democrats that we would not like to be seen a being portrayed as representative of all Democrats or even each of us individually.

Just as I am sure that we have DUers who are Muslims and are not terrorist or support terrorism I am sure that we have many practicing Christians here who do not believe in hate even as they endure ridicule from other DUers for their beliefs.

I have read of the Evangelical right Christians as if they are representative of all Christianity.

8. Nope, I didn't and I won't. My comment is just a general comment

on something that typically occurs here (I didn't accuse anyone specifically, but it is certainly more than just "some other people").

Also, when I complain it is valuable and informative, when others do it I consider it to be "just" complaining, although I am sure that whatever I have written or how it was written has gone right over the heads of those for whom it was intended.

I've also seen "4;20" for chapter four verse 20. And it's sorta funny.

When are we going to learn there is no magical wisdom in a book written by our ignorant ancestry. Anyone can twist that book to mean anything they want fit any agenda they want. Let the right have all the religion they want and justify their hate with it. I'll stick to reason, and I don't need a book to justify my actions.

14. I believe in Love

God is Love, per the Bible, as you said. It makes for some wonderful 'pictures' in my mind as I ponder what it means in the New Testament's first commandment to Love God with all your heart, soul, mind when I translate/exchange the word "God" for "Love" so I end up with:
You shall Love Love with all your heart, soul, mind.

one thing I don't get is the sign that said "Thank God for dead soldiers". What the heck is that supposed to mean?
