David talks about Obama's hypocrisy in quoting MLK's doctrine of nonviolence, and then proceeding to defend military solutions.
"This was an embarrassment to this country and the world"
He then urges us to work through the House of Representatives to end funding for the wars.

to try to cure that Vietnam War Syndrome you're referring to.

It really explains and puts in context our trajectory as a nation from all the way back to Gerald Ford until now.

9. Peace through war just...
...doesn't work. While I don't quite see Obama as an embarrassment (W. set the bar on that pretty high), I do think his war waging is a big mistake, but one that he will not have to pay a big price for. Sure, it could damage him politically, but others are going to die.

Good one, Barack. How does it feel to be a Wartime President? Your buddies from the MIC will thank you for it.
