Danish television viewers were in shock today after a scientist suffered a heart attack during a live broadcast.

Henrik Svensmark was taken ill mid-sentence during a global warming debate as part of the Copenhagen climate summit.

The 41-year-old's body violently spasmed as he answered a question on last night's show.

Dr Svensmark, who argues that the sun is responsible for much of the apparent global warming of the last 50 years, is in a stable condition in hospital.

Studies by British scientists have shown that the sun cannot explain the rise in the temperatures since the 1960s.

I Think I'll try that out on the next Bible-thumping climate change denier I meet. He'll probably say it was the devil though...

4. I question whether this heart attack is real or not.
It could be just some natural and normal occurrence. You can say I'm skeptical.

In all seriousness, I hope he's okay.

6. I doubt he's having a heart attack. Just a natural, cyclic fluctuation in blood flow.
Administering CPR could do more harm than good until further research is done on him.

There must be some sort of trick to it.

7. A heart attack at 41? And he's not even American!
41 is early for even an American to flop over with heart disease!

18. I've never seen a heart attack look like that. That looked totally fake!
Does anyone know if he had raised cardiac enzymes or if he ended up checking out without a diagnosis?
