1. They never know how it happened to be there
According to my nurse friends, very few boldly admit that "it" got stuck because of sex play.

They always claim they slipped in the shower or they were assaulted and someone inserted "it" inside of them.

"It" being usually a sex toy, a shampoo bottle, a 20mm anti-air shell, etc...
