8. I've heard so many contradictory statements since this morning on this story that it
becomes difficult to know what the truth is.

One of the version on the local news has the father say the teacher asks the kids to draw something that made them thing of Christmas. Another one says that the school district disputes it is the same drawing. Who knows what happened?

It becomes difficult to know what is true or not.

13. Exactly
This story has so many variations that it is impossible to figure out what really happened. Every time I read a new version of this story, I am angry because a) The school acted so inappropriately or b) The real story is so different from the actual facts that it was irresponsible of the original reporter to cover it the way he did.

Even minor things like the kid putting his name above the picture are hard to figure out. Was he describing himself as Jesus being crucified or did he simply put his name on the top of a picture he drew? It would be good to find out what really happened.

3. is this a television program or an inter-netcast sort of thing...?
I've never seen it before-- we don't watch television around here-- so I'm curious. Rec'd, BTW, for common sense!

10. Here
It's easier to just post the bio. I would add that the host of the show (Cenk Uygur) on MSNBC recently. Also, in addition to the main YouTube channel, there is another launched more recently called which is filled with substantive interviews with everyone from Jane Hamsher to former Reagan Admin official Bruce Bartlett.

Bio: The Young Turks is the first ever live, daily web television talk show and it covers a unique blend of politics, entertainment, sports and pop culture. In addition to being on XM and Sirius Radio, the show also has partnership deals on the web with You Tube, Ustream, AOL and more. The Young Turks is one of the Top 100 YouTube Partners, with over 13 million views a month and over 100,00 subscribers on the main YouTube channel. They also offer a paid members-only Postgame Show, an uncensored, Internet-only wrap-up segment. As explained in a recent feature article in Fast Company magazine, the TYT brand is expanding and another entertainment based show will be launching soon.

5. The article says the kid was never suspended or got in trouble.
And that all they did was send the kid to the school psychiatrist cause they thought he might be depressed or something.
