This is what happens when the conservatives always demand, and democratic leadership always cowers and caves in. Now that they've already shown with Lieberman that they'll give away anything and everything to keep that magic 60 votes any conservative to threatens to back out has a free ticket for absolutely anything and everything they want.

5. Couldn't be more correct

Was just reading that they gave a little bit (or is it a bunch?) to Nelson on abortion. What was his reaction? 'Okay now I'll vote for cloture, but if they change anything when the House and Senate get together to reconcile their two bills I will support a filibuster'. So now not only is Nelson along with Lieberman dictating what kind of bill the Senate will pass but he is telling the House that they are irrelevant and the only final bill they will get to vote on is Senate version as he has dictated it should be. These DINOs need to be neutered. Cut them off at the waste, show them the way to the back bench and tell them to STFU!
