1. Call George Bush and Enron...that's where the money went...
Why do the Democrats always have to bail out the Republicans?

4. Because the money he got from the good old boy southern
billionaires who also fund the swiftboat crowd isn't there. They are happy to have Arnold in power and creating the cluster fuck we are in now.

8. Arnold getting shoehorned into office showed how far into open thuggery corporations will go
to hold onto power. California elected our first Democratic governor in a while, and they just couldn't let it stand, so they cooked up the recall, which would let him become governor with a fraction of the vote and even fewer votes than needed to recall Davis.

While it was happening, I felt like I was living in a Third World dictatorship.

10. The first thing Arnold did as governor
was revoke Governor Davis' order that Enron pay back the $9 billion they stole from California energy companies and consumers.

That's Arnold for you...just another crooked corrupt rethug.

12. Liberal media?
Edited on Fri Dec-25-09 03:31 PM by rollingrock
our so-called liberal media is a joke. Cheney and Enron made secret deals with Enron and presided over the criminal deregulation of the energy markets which lead to the California energy crisis that played a factor in the eventual bankruptcy of the state. which was sparked by Enron's manipulation of the energy markets. if we had a responsible media and justice system, Bush and Cheney would be in jail alongside Enron CEO Jeff Skilling right now, or at least impeached from office... I guess the editor of the LA Times had more important things to do like covering Tiger Woods and the balloon boy.
