2. Another great post babylonsister!
"This is an international RICO case". I wish the audio and the video quality had been better...it was obvious that this was important enough to have the recorded and Youtubed. Perhaps the Democrats are finally going to get serious and start raising this as a core reason why we are in Iraq now. I hope this gets elevated and becomes the foundation of a full Congressional hearing. I think this is the mother of all scandals that will finally explain the actions of this administration during the past 7 years.

It was always about stealing Iraq's oil. $100 Trillion dollars worth.

3. Somehow, I am not surprised...
The nature of the larceny is turning out just as many progressives/liberals
described it to be years ago.

"Iraq isn't about oil" is about as convincing as "Orville Redenbacher isn't about popcorn",
or "Pepsi and Coke aren't really about Cola", etc etc etc

Do Neo-scum rightwing warmongers EVER tell the frikkin' truth?

8. It's far more than OIL
Contractors are making billions of dollars off this war. This is about war-profiteering on a scale that rivals anything in history. To say that it is all about the "oil" is just too simplistic.

9. Iraqi reserves are estimated at $100 Trillion dollars.
War profiteering by the MIC is icing on the cake.

I grew up in his district. I used to write to him all the time.

13. Did he say the magic words
Continuing Criminal Enterprise? If so, and if proved in court, a conviction carries some hard time at the Gray Bar Hotel and License Plate Factory. Some would call it treason.

14. Finally, a congressman who understands it!
You gotta love Ackerman.

I especially loved last years comments about the "war on Christmas" when he asked if anyone was engaging in elf-tossing.

".. an unconscionable criminal enterprise.. "
