2. Doesn't Steele know that teabaggers hate republicans too...
They are a conservative movement that would just as easily throw out any republicans they don't see deemed to fit their agenda. This makes the GOP look desperate to walk away from their principles and follow another group. When their policies don't work either who will the GOP blame then.
