6. It's sickening that it seems to be yet another denial of due process,

but what's almost more shocking is the breadth of it. As far as I can tell, it's not just saying that they can freeze the assets of anybody whom they determine could be contributing to violence in Iraq (which at least makes some sense), but also of anybody who happens to be associated with them in virtually any way!!!
