OVER 100 MORE examples of Fox News Bias at http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list...

Republicans took to the airwaves last week spreading this false talking point that a recent speech by President Obama in which he said that the nation is at war is a big rhetorical change for Obama. When Republican former Bush chief of staff Andrew Card tried this fake GOP talking point on real news network MSNBC, an actual straight news anchor, Norah O'Donnell. made sure MSNBC viewers heard the truth, but, meanwhile, the supposed straight news anchor over on Fox News, Jon Scott, hosted one of those unfair Fox News 3-Ways with Matt Schlapp and Susan Estrich on this topic that same day which just seemed designed to emphasize the false Republican talking point, as I show in this video.

The short clip from President Barack Obama's (first) inaugural address I use in this video comes from the public domain video available from the whitehouse YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PuHGK...

The short clip of MSNBC anchor Norah O'Donnell interviewing Andrew Card I use in this video comes from a segment on the MSNBC program "MSNBC News Live" that aired January 8, 2010, available on the MSNBC website at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/...

The short clips I use of the debate between Susan Estrich and Matt Schlapp hosted by Fox News anchor Jon Scott come from a segment on the Fox News program "Happening Now" that aired January 8, 2010 (which I have not been able to find online)

The image of the Washington Times editorial titled "Obama discovers the war on terrorism" I use in this video comes from the webpage at http://washingtontimes.com/news/2010/...

The image of the YouTube page playing the bravenewfilms video titled "Outfoxed: Who is Sean Hannity's best liberal friend?" comes from the webpage at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulbu2R...

And, finally, as always, you can find DOZENS and DOZENS more examples of Fox News bias on my Fox News bias playlist on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list...

2. no Sir, we are not at war....
the entire reactionary rightwing game hinges upon using falsehoods to create a basis for understanding that put nonsense on a pedestal, and crowns it and then insists everybody worships it-cuz it's true. But it is not true. A war involves armies, and all that stuff. The enemy has an address. He operates much like we do- meaning he has funding arranged to build/maintain physical strength, meaning a bureaucracy to gather up and spend the money, and officials in place to do the actual work. Unless Obama is using the term 'war' as a rhetorical device- as in the 'war on poverty' which was the first 'war on..?' way back in the 60's- then he's just following junyer bush, who thought war was throwing snowballs at enemy, school, buses...
sonofabitchin liars
and in public!

3. I appreciate
I appreciate this fellow studying Fox and how they go about their propaganda and how they lean towards Dems that are feckless and uncritical for their balance.

I don't have the stomach to watch Fox, but I appreciate the efforts of those that do.
