With constant saturation of the airwaves, the pharmaceutical companies have turned our nation into one that is overmedicated and underhealthy. Damaged my right rotator cuff 6 months ago. It's SLOWLY getting better, but without insurance all I can do it wait for it to self-correct.

6. It's kind of an age milestone for me.. My first chronic health issue!

I first started noticing it when putting on a jacket, getting dressed and undressed, tucking in my shirt, opening heavy sliding glass doors. Basically anything that requires arm strength above my head or behind my back.

Mine is slowly getting better too, it's just annoying. The worst part is I'm afraid to put too much stress on it doing home rehab. I can still do push-ups, but I'm afraid I'm doing more damage instead of giving it a chance to heal. I'm going to get it checked asap if I can ever find a job.
