3. Senator Whitehouse is implying, without saying it, that Roe v Wade is next.
That's the clear implication of his description of the court's reasoning: because they are deeply divided, that's reason enough to overturn precedent. Is impeachment really off the table? If they do overturn Roe v Wade, will impeachment be an option?

He was right -- this was part of a right wing conspiracy to help corporations and the wealthy.

It truly is unbelievable that the Supreme Court would make fact finding when there was nothing in the record to support it.

gives one the feeling they are listening to a preview to one of the Godfather movies.
I would believe this is prosecutable under the RICO Act. I don't see too much difference
in what the Mob has done since the early 1900's and what government has become ?
