Obama to double budget to treat 9/11 responders today, after changing his previous decision not too. Former FDNY Lieutenant Kenny Specht discuss Obamas decision today with Lauren Lyster. Specht contracted cancer from his service, but is now in remission, however many others are not as lucky. In addition, the white house says it will provide $150 million to victims of 9/11.

One year of federal funding is better than none i guess

2. About the value any bonuses for any 2 banskters
or 10% of the wars in the Middle East.

I can only imagine how expensive, not to mention heartbreaking, it is for the 911 families
who are facing all the horrendous health and employment issues.
Their care ought to be free, period.
A concept which did not even enter the thoughts of the WH.

5. Thanks, cha. Now I know what I don't read these posts...
Obama could shit gold bars, hand them out to the poor, and the
self righteous crap would still come pouring out. Did anybody
do anything good for anyone else today? Jeez.
