He says he really enjoyed the debates and gives kudos to the folks who submitted the videos.

A blogger at Huffington Post quoted a remark from Howard Dean as he left the debate spin room. It's funny.

Let's give the last word to Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean, who on his way out of the "spin room," said, "I thought it was great! It's fulfilling the promise of the Internet and is an end to the one-way TV. It's effectively handing the power to a new generation ... And it's going to be even more interesting when it's the Republicans' turn. I can't wait to see that one!"

2. I Wish...
someone had asked why none of them discuss the permanent bases or the mammoth Embassy in you-know-where.

8. If you find it, would you please send it to me, too?
A friend called me one day last week to let me know that Ford, Jr. had been on local talk radio and they weren't taking calls while he was on. Anyway, my friend got through afterwards, shot down everything Ford was saying, and he went on to tell me that Ford is hosting a corporate-type event in Nashville and he's inviting Govs., Reps. and Sens. to have a nice chitchat about how they need to embrace their corporate buddies.

Yes, he apparently took some slaps at Dean in the local interview, too, stating that his way was better than the way of the DNC and Dean. Pardon me while I :puke:

9. So Harold Ford was dissing Dean on radio in TN?
Maybe that's because his nose is out of joint about none of the candidates going to the conference there.

Maybe if the progressives don't come through financially for Dean...Harold will be our next chairman.

Yes, I will share it. I have it somewhere.

10. As my friend relayed it to me, yes he was!
Screw that people power and a BIG YES to corporate power, wgow, talk102.3. I quit listening to that station when they fired a rather moderate Dem, a Navy Vet, Max Hackett, from the station. I listened yesterday because same friend asked me to as he is going back to school to finish a degree, and he told me that Terry Stulce, a great candidate that we hoped to put up against Zach Wamp was going to be on.

I listened in for him and Terry was great, as usual!

If Ford EVER becomes the chair of the DNC, then I'll not be sending them another penny and I may have to look elsewhere!
