4. Sounds like a smart guy.. but wrong here.

All the examples he brings up in the first part- private property- your rights don't apply. (e.g., I can ask you to leave my house or business because I don't like the color of your shirt. I can ask you to leave at any time, no matter if you're preaching or politicking.)

Had Thom actually read the transcript of the oral arguments in McDonald, he'd know that the Privileges or Immunities language arguments were shot down handily- invalidating his "oh noes, all the gun laws are gone!" scare tactic.
