I seem to remember when it was first released it listed "New York Radio Talkshow Host" and it was the same year that Rush was getting started. Eno recorded "samples" from off the air to use as vocals for the album- the anonymity of the voices being part of the art.
Same tone to his voice, same stutter, same right-wing crap... only it sounds much younger.
