1. he was just on Fox and Friends live |
|
And questioned why "Larry, Moe and Curly" won't have him on. Referring to Hannity, O'Reilly and Beck. That was pretty funny.

3. Because Ventura, despite many of his claims, |
|
Venture still actually served in Vietnam (documented) ... and O'Lielly would crap himself if Ventura glared at him even in jest ...
O'Lielly would never have someone on who actually would give him the slightest challenge ...

12. Larry King... Jesse Ventura.... |
|
Like... who cares?
I mean, it might be interesting for a little while but ultimately, I'm sorry, I just don't care what either of these people think about anything.

There are very few anti-establishment voices that are allowed on the MSM. How many times do you see Michael Moore? How about Noam Chomsky? Its imperative that progressives support the one or two instances when someone who shares our fears is granted time on the "public" airwaves, squashed inbetween Corpo-politicians and Celebrity "journalists".
I remember having a distaste for Ventura when he was a "wrestler" working for McMann. But I had a distaste for that whole macho fake posturing that was touted as a sport. I wouldn't give him two seconds of my time.
Then he became a governor and I had the same attitude. He was a buffoon just looking for attention, so I thought.
I don't know if he has matured in his thinking because I never listened to him back then, but in the last few years he has become one of the most knowledgeable and truth-to-power spokespersons out there. He is fearless. He has a few issues that I don't necessarily agree with, but on major issues he is how I wish desperately most Democratic representatives would speak out in the same fashion.
He basically puts to shame the MSM and their lack of journalistic investigation prowess. Which is why he does not get too much air time.

LiberalLovinLug frames Jesse nicely for me. He may be guilty of excessive self promotion, and he may have had flaws as Governor (so many Minnesota DU'ers do their part to give us his bad side there), but he's discussing things that need to be asked, in this era of THE BIG LIE. Our whole MSM is one BIG LIE! It's all corporate pravda and they're playing us like trained animals. So much of America is suggestionable to the BULLSHIT. They don't realize their emotions are being manipulated, played by people that know how to play mass fear to catapult their propaganda.
Jesse is going after this stuff all over the place. Maybe making a living at it, but going for difficult issues UTTERLY WITHOUT FEAR!
ULtimately, I think Jesse is following his heart. A heart that wanted to serve his country with one of the most challenging military careers possible. He believes in the American dream like only a man that served can understand. And he's fighting any way he can to expose all the unseen power in the world that are really going all out MAFIA in their corporate mission statements these days!

The People of Minnesota well, but I am sure he did better than the latest Repug governor there.
I have been impressed with his one hour show that I watch on Wednesday nights.
It is rather interesting to me that he accepts NO ASSUMPTIONS. When his interest turned to global Warming, he did not hesitate to see if Al Gore was inside the Global Warming corruption loop. Even though he and Al are buddies.
So he went ahead and investigated Gore and came up with NADA. Then he presented his investigation.
He must be in charge of his own show, because these days, most "editors" insist either in blowing up some small detail far beyond its real impact ("Obama has mustard, not catsup, on his meals!" "Al Gore, bends to pick up shiny dime on floor outside UN hearing. Was that dime a payment?")
In this day and age, too many people do what is politically correct. Jesse has avoided that failing.
I do not mean to suggest that he is the best journalist ever, but he is above many far more widely promoted "journalists" who are now so prevalent on our Boob Tubes.
