The name of the video where I got the clip from is called "Deadline For Action". Its a 1946 Union film for organized labor and general electric employees. Below are links to where you can download or stream the whole video. I recommend downloading the MPEG1 version even though its a large download. Although I am sure the other choices are quite adequate too.
