I'm not surprised the cops laugh about something criminal that they did, I am surprised they all laugh together at an official function. This kind of fascist hatred coming to the surface is chilling indeed.

as criminals do? Face it, all people who want to be cops at the very least want to boss other citizens around. Most of them also get off on the power of driving around in a big powerful car, carrying a gun in public, and clubbing people they don't like than in doing a public service. In my old neighborhood in New Orleans, cops didn't bother answering 911 calls after 9pm; I saw more cops sitting around on their fat asses slurping Dr.Pepper or indulging in police brutality than in any "serve the public" work. Jeez, it was a regular thing for cops to be busted for drug-dealing, even murder, by the FBI, since Internal Affairs was just as corrupt as the uniformed force.
