He's a dear friend. Pete is one of my favorite people in the world. He should be a role model to each and every one of us. He's the humblest human being on the planet.
I have many fond memories of my buddy Pete, it's not funny. We go back almost 30 years. He's always been fair. He's sometimes been a bit scatter-brained, but so what?!
But the brains behind the operation at the Seeger household is Pete's wife, Toshi. Toshi is a gem. She should be nominated for sainthood! They've been together 60 some odd years.

Pete will be 91 in May, and I intend to sing with him, as I do every year at the Great Hudson River Revival at Croton Point Park, on Fathers' Day Weekend. It's been a ritual of mine for over 30 years now. I look forward to it every year.
