3. do you mean the bipartisanship where Dems were forbidden to attend meetings |
|
and had to hold meetings in the basement (as long as they didn't run afoul of some Republican or other)
The bipartisanship that had folks with anti-oil bumperstickers arrested and espelled from public Bush speeches?
Corker is one fat faced liar. But aren't they all?

4. I cringe at the thought of Tennesseans having elected this clown except in the few moments |
|
when remembering his opponent turned out to be the bluest of blue-dogs: some choice, but hey, what would one expect in Tennessee? :-)

6. I loved his La la definition of "bipartisan" |
|
It's when 80 members vote for it....otherwise it's partisan.

7. Bullshit! Bush administration was the most partisan administration perhaps in all of U.S. history! |
|
Edited on Mon Mar-22-10 05:12 PM by LaPera
They always told the democrats to fuck off from the smallest item to any meaningful legislation and Bush and the republicans would use every trick and threat and lie in the book to get their elitist & corporate legislation and wars for profit passed. They treated democrats like dirt and laughed about it and mocked the democrats...they were power hungry vote stealing partisan assholes!!
And BushCo just spent, spent, spent, and increased the deficit by trillions....Republican always increase the deficit...they are the biggest spenders by far (Reagan, Pappy Bush & G W Bush) in the history of the United States.
Look it up!
