3. Incitement is NOT protected by Freedom of Speech, any more than

falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater, or giving away the coordinates of you platoon's position
to the enemy.

As to a corporate right to freedom of speech, or money as speech, does the harm outweigh the good Messrs Roberts and Alito? What about your testimony under oath of your respect for established judicial precedent?

What about involvement with the Federalist Society and the Federal Judicial Code of Conduct proscribing activities having the the appearance of impartiality compromised?
