2. Cost Control is the real Weakness in the new Law -- Repubs can work with Insurers to raise rates in

the election period and the repubs can use this as proof that democrats didnt reform the system.. This is why you needed a Public Option in there to counter this mistake. Well, we will see how this turns out. The law has some nice things but without cost control it explains why Wall Street has made the Heath sector the highest gainer in the last 4 days (up 20-30%)...they love the new law because it give 30 million new mandated customers at no cost control.

6. Absolutely--even a lower Medicare eligibility age would be better than no PO at all

Of course, if the Rethug AGs were to win their case against the mandates, the Dems would have no choice but to make Medicare avialable to all--right?

I knew he wasn't just words. He isn't perfect. Nobody is or will be. But he's holding to his word, and he puts COUNTRY FIRST!!

He might be a one term president if the repukkkes and teabaggers have their way, but he'll get more done for this country in one term than all the repukkkes combined. They have done SQUAT for this country so far, so that's not much of a challenge.
