...if the video is indeed, as the creator of it predicts, deleted from YT. If that does happen, I think it would merit a serious look at YT editorial standards (considering the filthy racism that is rampant across the site). Apart from that, yes, it is ugly evidence of the reality of Republican/rightwing racism.
