He was trying to dodge the direct issue and by doing so he gives it merit. The direct answer is-the IRS will "know" your insurance status... YES. You will TELL them. This is the law.

O'Reilly said in effect "Americans" don't have a say the "Federal Government does. Well, to a point Bill but you, like the other America government hating dinks, see your government as an alien.

You're a paranoid ASSHOLE.
