...is the collapse already underway prior to the beginning of the video? Can we tell?
The reason I ask is, if you stop it at 2 seconds in and run your pointer along the bottom of the arch/truss structure it seems disjointed or out of position as you move to the the opposite side of the river. What would explain this? Any thoughts?
Probably nothing. Better alert the mods, another tinfoiler running loose.
