Steve Leser breaks down the new HealthCare Reform Law passed by the Democratic Congress and President Barack Obama. Steve discusses what provisions go into effect this year, what goes into effect over time, gives case studies of families of different size and income and how this affects small and large businesses. Steve also discusses how HealthCare Reform is funded.

Chet Whye is the Executive Director of Harlem4 and he and Harlem4 Operations Director Kamali Williams hosted the event.

The presentation is split into four videos. This is the first part.
