RATIGAN: "At what point do you really have to ask the question about the security mission and the desire for everyone in America to have security, and the mechanism, the reality, of our military engagement in Iraq and Afghanistan, and whether in fact... at what point it is beneficial and at what point it is detrimental? How do you even answer that question...?"

1. Ratigan says "no one wants to indict the individual soldiers"

But that is exactly what will happen. The commanding officers always put the blame on the foot soldiers. Credit for success is passed up the chain of command, blame for war crimes is always passed down.

2. Agreed - but individual soldiers...

...must be held accountable as well. As well. Both. Each one of us is responsible for each other (and that most certainly extends to taking a life - their obvious eagerness to do so shows those individual soldiers were individually psychopathic). The larger picture of responsibility comes in when you pull the camera back from that single massacre to see that similar ones are happening across the theatre of war - that is where the chain to the top should be held accountable.

3. The Iraqi Veterans against the war

told the American people and Congress what was going on in Iraq. 4 day passes for their first kill. Military leaders making racial slurs about the Iraqi people. The shooters in this video wanted to kill, you can tell by the audio.

They ignore what these vets have said regarding this war. Sadly we will see more and more returning from these wars with nightmare that will never leave them. Generations of Iraq's will hate us for our Shock and Awe style of democracy.

5. Paaalease.. those soldiers wanted to kill people

they didn't care anymore. They didn't even listen to the soldier on the ground repeatedly asking for help for the injured girl who need to be evac'd.

God that Dylan makes me sick. His commercial says he admires "question authority".. so when is he going to question it?

3 Million Widows in Iraq. 5 million orphans since we invaded Iraq. It is sickening.

The torture, the total destruction of a country, the poisoning of their land and water so much so the women are afraid to have babies because they are so deformed.

The US Pentagon and Gov is sick.
