10. absolutely
Banks are only required to hold 10% of our deposits. So they lend and invest 90%. What kind of sound economy uses fractional reserve as their program to make phony bets and corrupt lending practices? It's not called predatory lending by accident. So our retirements,pension funds and savings are stakes for them in a high yield poker game...only we don't see any return.
