Umm don't WE ALSO have chem and Bio weapons? Seems we could strike back in kind be it the needed response? Not to mention AGAIN (now ANYTHING is possible) BUT if ya know anything about these weapons the odds of it killing a MILLION people here isn't all that high now bio might and I stress MIGHT be able to do this but NOT Chemical weapons. Chemical weapons were NEVER honestly designed to really kill a lot of people let alone a MILLION without making this a too long post I won't try and go into the whole mind set behind chemical weapons BUT in a nutshell they are used more as a demoralizing weapon NOT a killing weapon.
