Government mobilizes thousands of soldiers during negotiations with peasant plantation occupation.
A tentative and controversial resolution has been reached in a long-standing land conflict in Honduras. The controversy lies in the mobilization of the military, in the form of at least 2,000 soldiers, to pressure the campesinos into signing the latest negotiated deal. The group of 3,500 campesino families has agreed to accept a total of 11,000 hectares from the Lobo government. The previously landless workers continue to occupy a series of African palm plantations in the fertile Northern Honduran valley of Aguán, until their access to the land is assured.

the narrator says that the illegal Honduran government is not formally recognized by US government. That is a LIE. Just go to THE REAL NEWS and under "Latin America", you will see and hear Hillary Clinton. She not only recognizes this junta as the legitimate Honduran government, she praises them and promises "official recognition." It is sickening...

4. So they are overlaying the lie of ""outside leftists responsible" to cover aggression

against unarmed campesinos just as they used the lie the cleanly elected President Zelaya was trying to extend his term in office (just as US-supported Colombian President Alvaro Uribe did, after his party BRIBED senators to vote for it) as a reason to kidnap him at gunpoint in the middle of the night after shooting up his home, and steal over half a year of his remaining term, seize the government, the government's treasury, the armed force to use against the citizenry, and control the elections after bringing back the leader of the notorious death squad, Billy Hoya, of Battalion 316 to lead their bloody torture, and murderous assault on dissenters.

Through the use of terrorism against, and physical attacks on leftist politicians, they were able to push many of the candidates for the next election to remove their names from the campaign, to back out in fear, and they hospitalized a leading candidate after a violent attack, and sent another into hiding.

So, of course they completely controlled the operation of the next election illegally, even having armed police and military attacking people in the streets ON ELECTION DAY itself.

To know ANY of our own officials choose to officially look the other way and continue to do business with these bloodthirsty greedy criminals tells you all you need to know about THEM, if you actually ever doubted you knew enough about them already.

In the end, the people WILL win. Evil can't permanently triumph over good people. Hope it will happen during our lifetimes.
