Wes Clark gave a Keynote at this year's Yearly Kos on August 3, 2007. He called on the Kossacks to to tell "President Bush, 'Mr. President, stop hiding behind Dave Petreaus and come out here and defend YOUR strategy! This is your war. You defend it.'

7. Wes is a proven leader

with a successful record. America needs Wes Clark to right the wrongs committed in our names by the criminal Bush cartel. We need Wes to restore our place in the world as a benevolent nation rather than a pariah. Wes is the right man to lead us out of the poisonous atmosphere fomented by Ku Klux Karl and his hand maidens on hate radio and in the corporate media.
The last thing Wes would do is abuse and compromise our military.
I do find it difficult engaging right wingers with whom I'd rather choke than converse. How do you make sense with those with thought disorders compounded by loose associations? If Wes runs I'll have plenty of ammunition to deal with the lunatic right robots.
The only question is, how will the corporate media attack him. They've already said he's crazy and tried to start WW III in Kosovo.
Back in 04 when he was in the primary battle I was wearing a Clark button and confronted by a publican who said "Don't you know he was fired?" So I asked who fired him, and they said in a sarcastic tone, "Bill Clinton." To which I replied, "But I thought everything Bill Clinton did was wrong." That ended that debate. I know, it's unfair using logic and reason when arguing a point with publicans.

and feel so strongly that we're missing the most powerful voice by not having Wes Clark in the race. I wonder if he watched, and what he thinks when he hears the various answers.
